Broadway

Open to ages 10 and up. Dancers will be required to demonstrate technique, flexibility, characterization, and musicality by learning several theatre dance combinations and performing them for the audition panel in small groups. Dancers should bring form-fitting dance attire, jazz shoes, and character shoes. We will be looking for dancers who have a strong sense of storytelling through movement

Auditions for Palmetto City Broadway will be held Sat 8/19 from 3-4:30pm. Performance to be held in April of 2024. Classes will be held on Saturdays from 12:30-3:00pm.

Audition fee of $25 to be paid by cash or check or Venmo @palmettocityballet only. There will be a vocal audition for those interested after rehearsals begin (material will be provided).

We are seeking talented performers with a passion for dance and musical theatre to join our cast.

This show will feature a variety of dance styles, including jazz, tap, ballet, and contemporary, so we encourage dancers of all backgrounds to audition. Musical selections will include all of your feline favorites past and present. We are looking for performers who can bring energy, charisma, and technical skill to the stage.
